General overview
Our great detached house guarantees fun with the whole family. There is plenty to do on the border between South Holland and Gelderland within walking distance of the beautiful river Waal!
The house has a spacious living room with a conservatory, a spacious garden, a private swimming pool, a hot tub and no less than 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The house is suitable for 6 people.
The house has a charging station (consumption settlement after rental).
The space
The house has a lovely living room with conservatory and a kitchen with cooking island. There are 4 bedrooms in total, of which 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has a single bed and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed (these last 2 rooms are furnished as children's rooms but the beds have an adult size). A bedroom with a double bed has a fixed air conditioner and there is also 1 mobile air conditioner in the house. The house is disabled accessible. There is a bathroom as well as 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed on the ground floor.

The house has 2 floors. There are bedrooms on the ground floor as well as on the 1st floor. There are also bathrooms on both floors. The house is suitable for disabled people.

Neighbourhood
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood a stone's throw from all the beauty that the Linge, Waal and Betuwe have to offer. A nice place to relax. 😉 Centrally located in the Netherlands and close to the cities of Den Bosch (30 minutes), Utrecht (35 minutes), Breda (30 minutes) and Amsterdam (60 minutes).
Getting to my home
The house is accessible by public transport as well as by private transport. In the village, along the provincial road, a via stops 2x per hour. Parking is possible directly on the private land of the house. There is room for several cars here.

Amsterdam (60 minutes), Rotterdam (50 minutes), Eindhoven (50 minutes).
Getting around
There is a supermarket in the village. The nearest town is Gorinchem. Gorinchem was the business city of the year 2022 and is 15 minutes away. It is also possible to rent bicycles in Gorinchem. There are already 2 adult bicycles and 2 children's bicycles at the house.
