General Overview

Our home has a gorgeous large pool and spa with a large patio located inside a country club.  There are five miles of walking paths. At a cost we may be able to arrange a round of golf on one of the three courses. Tennis lessons are available on any of the 22 courts. We are 20 minutes from the town of Palm Beach and extensive white sandy beaches.

The Space

We have 2800 sq feet under air conditioning . Bedrooms each have an attached bath room, two have bathtubs all have showers. We have a half bath next to the den where an air mattress could be set up for an additional person. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has a double bed. All beds are new and have down comforters. We have a living room, family room with a large screen TV and a separate dining room. Kitchen has Bosch appliances.  A separate laundry room and the house has high-speed internet and cable TV.

Guest Access

Our home is one story with no steps inside and just two steps to enter from the front and a half step to the pool and spa.

Notes

15 minutes  to the north are two world-class educational centers, Max Plank and UF Scripps Research. The Norton Museum is 20 minutes south. There is great shopping at The Gardens Mall 10 minutes away and Worth Avenue in Palm Beach is 20 minute south of us. The are many, many places for casual dining as well as fine dining near by. You need to drive or use Uber.

Getting to my home

We are 20 minutes north of the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). 90 miles or 1.5 hours north of the Miami airport (MIA). We are 2.5 hours south of the Orlando airports.

My husband and I both work as financial advisors and are able to work remotely and travel more. We will retire in the next few years and are looking forward to meeting other members of PLU and planning longer trips in the future. We are happy to host (non smokers only). Our three children are grown and live on their own but will occasionally travel with us.
