G’day! We are are a family of four (including our fur baby!) and we have a cozy cottage on the beautiful
Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. Our home is an older cottage, but features two bedrooms, a work/study space, and a cozy open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space. We have a fully enclosed backyard with an outdoor dining and entertaining deck and there is a beautiful park and playground directly across the street. From our home you can walk to excellent restaurants, cafes, the grocery store and to some of the best beaches in Sydney. Bring your surfboard, your SUP and your mountain bike, because North Narra has it all!
The Space
2 bedrooms - Queen bed and double bed
Study/work space with a desk, couch and computer screen. You could put an air mattress in this space if you needed an extra bed.
1 full bathroom inside and 1 toilet which is located off the deck outside
Fully enclosed backyard with cantilevered umbrellas for all day shade
Outdoor dining space and BBQ
Kitchen with gas stove and oven
Large TV
Unlimited high speed internet
Ample parking
Dead end street, very peaceful and quiet
Guest Access
Single story, the front door features a keypad entry so you never have to worry about keys. Guests will have full and exclusive use of the home. Please note there is a small granny flat on the property which is occupied and accessed via a shared driveway.
Notes
Our home is older and thus features a few quirks in line with older homes. We do not have central air conditioning and it can be warm in the summer months. We do have an old school window unit in the living room which pumps out very cold air for the communal living space.
