General Overview
Our beautiful south-facing condo is perfect for a family of three and an infant. Well-equipped kitchen, south patio and cozy rooms make this home ideal for families or couples looking to stay in a central area of Vancouver near to trendy restaurants, the waterfront, farmers markets, etc. We are across the street from a large green park for picnics, playgrounds and lounging in the sun.
Vancouver is the perfect summer holiday if you’re looking for mountains and the beach all in one city. Our home is in a walkable and bikeable area near to public transit, so a vehicle would not be necessary during your stay.
We’re looking to do mainly simultaneous swaps to other walkable urban cities, ideally with other families or couples.

Getting Around
We live in a desirable family-friendly neighbourhood that is very walkable or bikeable area. There are lots of transit options along main street and broadway near by.
People are friendly and it's very safe. Overall it takes around 15 min to get downtown/Kitsilano/Granville Island/Airport etc. We are centrally in the middle of the city in a very accessible area. A car is nice but you'll be fine without one! Lots of transit options and we're right on a bike route.
