General overview
Our beautiful south-facing condo is perfect for a family of three and an infant. Well-equipped kitchen, south patio and cozy rooms make this home ideal for families or couples looking to stay in a central area of Vancouver near to trendy restaurants, the waterfront, farmers markets, etc. We are across the street from a large green park for picnics, playgrounds and lounging in the sun.
Vancouver is the perfect summer holiday if you’re looking for mountains and the beach all in one city. Our home is in a walkable and bikeable area near to public transit, so a vehicle would not be necessary during your stay.
We’re looking to do mainly simultaneous swaps to other walkable urban cities, ideally with other families or couples.

Allyson & Ryan
My husband Ryan and I live in beautiful Vancouver, BC with our 2 children (ages 4 and 1). I am an accountant and Ryan works in software engineering. We love visiting cities like ours and staying in central locations where we can still access restaurants, markets, parks and playgrounds either on foot, bike or by transit. Also always excited to do local swaps in the PNW for long weekends.
Open to receiving Globes or non-sim swaps each November as we are away.
Always happy to receive offers, send us a message and we will try to accommodate your plans!
