General Overview
A Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired gem in the heart of Regina
The Space
Step inside our home to a bright, expansive living room with wraparound windows that overlook Kiwanis Park, finished with gleaming Mirage hardwood floors.
The kitchen is both stylish and functional, with custom maple cabinetry, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, and even a cozy computer nook in the window corner.
Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes built-in closets and plenty of natural light, alongside a second bedroom and a 4-piece bathroom with a relaxing soaker tub. The third level features a large family rec room with a gas fireplace, a 3-piece bath with steam shower, and access to a mudroom and carport. The newly renovated fourth level offers two Jack-and-Jill style bedrooms with a shared bathroom that includes a soaker tub/shower and double vanity—perfect for families or groups.
Outside, you’ll find a private, tree-filled corner lot with a fully fenced backyard, a composite deck, and outdoor lighting—an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining.

Notes
We’re a traveling trio from Regina, Saskatchewan: a mom and her twin 14-year-old girls. Together, we love discovering new places, whether that means exploring vibrant cities, enjoying relaxed countryside escapes, or simply settling in for a cozy, relaxed stay.
At home and abroad, we enjoy cooking, hiking, live music, and theatre. We’re curious travelers who enjoy soaking up local culture and making genuine connections along the way.
As guests, we’re tidy, respectful, and will treat your home with care as if it were our own. We’re excited to share our home and create memorable exchanges with fellow travelers.

Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Regina. Just steps away is Kiwanis Park, a peaceful green space for walking, cycling, or simply relaxing under the trees. A short stroll takes you to Hill Avenue shops, where you’ll find cozy cafés, bakeries, and unique local boutiques. For a different vibe, head to 13th Avenue in Cathedral Village, a lively area filled with eclectic shops, street art, and some of Regina’s best coffee spots.
Nature lovers will enjoy Wascana Lake, the heart of the city, with scenic trails, birdwatching, and space for paddleboarding or picnics. History and architecture fans can explore the stately Legislative Building, a true prairie landmark surrounded by landscaped gardens. And for arts and culture, don’t miss Darke Hall, a beautifully restored historic theatre that hosts concerts, theatre, and live performances.
