General Overview
My is in the beautiful capital of Maryland - Annapolis. It’s a very historical place with the US Naval Academy, tons of water activities on the captivating Chesapeake Bay and a very reasonable distance to Washington DC and Baltimore.
The Space
My home is a duplex - 1/2 of the unit . I have an inviting front porch on which to relax with morning coffee and watch the birds visit. The home is 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There is a fantastic backyard with a hot tub, outdoor bar with flat screen tv on which you can watch movies in the hot tub!! There’s a tree house, horse shoes, bocce ball, corn hole and more games. There’s an outdoor fireplace with a bbq, and lots of seating.
Inside there’s a massage chair, peloton , weights, yoga eqpt, keyboard, guitar, karaoke machine , gaming console, a library, tons of games and activities!
Guest Access
It is not handicap accessible. Stairs at front entrance and stairs to all bedrooms. It’s a three story unit.

Neighbourhood
Walk to grocery, bagels, liquor store, Walgreens , 7 eleven, restaurants and the historic area is less than a mile walk!
Getting to my home
Driving is easiest but there is public busses that run from DC as well.
Nearest airport
BWI is less than 30 min. National is an hour or less and Dulles could be an hour or more depending on traffic .
Getting Around
You can walk to mist anything could need. I also have a couple of bikes.
