General Overview
Our backyard guest home was built in 2019 and while it is on our property, it is quiet and private and set back from the front house. It is a 450 sf studio with a private patio. We get feedback that it is peaceful and lovely inside and out.
The Space
There is room for 1-3 with a comfortable queen bed and an air mattress for kids as needed. We are in SW Portland, centrally located, near 2 bus stops and a 5 minute walk to charming Multnomah Village. You'll have a private patio, high ceilings, a full kitchen and bathroom, TV. My husband is a book collector so there are interesting things to read as well!

Neighbourhood
This is a peaceful village with lovely shops, a few restaurants and breweries, several food trucks, and easy access to all of Portland.
Getting to my home
We are a few minutes off the freeway and there are 2 bus stops a block away.
Nearest airport
We are 25 minutes from PDX.
Getting Around
5 minute walk to village, a block away from bus stops. We are 15 minutes away (in normal traffic) from most all of Portland. Easy street parking in front of the main house.

Meaganne's spacious home is set on a hillside above beautiful Lake Oswego and the family are welcoming and informative. We are travelling by car which made getting into both the lovely town of Lake Oswego and downtown Portland easy. Meaganne gave us lots of ideas, tips and information in response to our evolving plans. We were fortunate to have the use of their spacious guest suite which had what Meaganne herself correctly described as a "fancy pants" bathroom (the lighting alone requiring a degree in computer science which, as luck would have it, I happen to have - joke). If you're looking for an empathetic PLU member in or around Portland, I'm sure you'll find a stay with Meaganne fits the bill. We look forward to returning the favour when they visit England or our second home in Palm Springs. -
Meganne's home in Portland is very comfortable and has a lovely garden to relax in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is close by to a few restaurants and cafes and a quick drive to almost anywhere in Portland. We also visited Canon Beach on the coast, which was spectacular. Meganne herself was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. Thank you, Meaganne! -
Meaganne was a wonderful host! Her guest accommodation was modern, clean and super cute. She is a great communicator and generous spirit. We truly hope she comes up our way sometime. We highly recommend connecting with Meaganne if you are in the Portland area🤗

My family (husband and 12 year old son) and I love to travel and we are ready to have more adventures!
