Bamboo Gardens #1 is one of only 4 well-equipped suites on this boutique style private property. You can walk to town and the beach or enjoy the fabulous swimming pool and loungers out back.

The space

Experience ultimate relaxation and comfort at Bamboo Gardens #1, a modern oasis. The lush garden invites you to unwind in the large shared pool and enjoy this hidden gem. The condo offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, spa robes, a large closet, a well-equipped kitchen, A/C units, a private gas BBQ, and free laundry. A multiple device charger and a wall safe ensure peace of mind and connectivity throughout your stay.

Guest access

This suite is on the main level with only a small 4" step to the patio. The ramp from the parking makes it easy to roll your luggage to the apartment.

Notes

Bamboo Gardens consists of 4 suites (maximum of 11 guests). The large pool area and loungers are private and used only by our guests.

Neighbourhood

The Las Palmas neighborhood is enjoyed by both Expats and tourists. Its convenient location allows for easy walks to the beach and the town centre. You can access the numerous modern supermarkets and more than 60 restaurants that are scattered throughout the town. Of course you'll also find interesting souvenir shops ensuring you'll find that perfect keepsake from your journey. Playas del Coco boasts a mainly level terrain, making it ideal for strolling, unless you venture into the hills for a little more exercise. Coco Beach is recognized as one of the premier beach destinations in Costa Rica renowned for its thriving tourism and economic expansion within the country.

Getting to my home

Plane: Most people land at the Liberia Airport which is only a short drive away Driving: The paved highways are good making the trip from other areas of Costa Rica easy and enjoyable.

Nearest airport

It is only located just 25 minutes from the Liberia (Guanacaste) International Airport (LIR).

Getting around

A lot of individuals prefer walking everywhere but if you're thinking about exploring beyond the town, it's advisable to consider renting a car. There's an abundance of beaches and activities located within a one or two from Coco. You wouldn't want to pass up the chance to experience those exciting adventures. Additionally, street-legal golf carts are available to rent. They provide an excellent means to discover the surrounding neighborhoods of Coco or make your way to Playa Ocotal and the renowned Father Rooster's Restaurant. For those who prefer not to walk, taxis are a cost-effective option. Many people opt to walk to town and then use a $3.00 taxi to return home.

My husband Roland and I LOVE to travel. We are experienced exchangers and will be semi-retiring in April 2024. We are super excited to meet many of the PLU members as we travel the world. We plan to buy a motorhome in Europe and travel for 7 months starting in April 2024 then follow the warm weather to Thailand and SE Asia for the winter. We can't wait to begin our 2 year adventure!!
