Modern 2 bedroom apartment with access to my game rooms with billiards (bumper pool/golf billiards), darts and 33 pinball machines. Table arcade with many classic arcade games. All on free play. Use by arrangement. It is my hobby, will probably be present myself. I will be happy to explain the rules of this strategic pool table. If desired, I also like to play with

Approx. 75 sqm plus balcony on the 1st floor of a 3-family house. 
The apartment is for sole use with its own entrance
We ourselves live on the first floor.
City underfloor heating.

Bedroom with high quality box spring bed for 2 persons.

In the living room is a very high quality sofa bed. A topper is placed on top of it. Two people sleep there as comfortably as in the bedroom.

In the kitchen there is a folding sofa. Opened approx. 1.20m wide. Therefore only suitable for 1 person. 
Sleeping comfort is not given as in the living room.

A desk is also available. A 27-inch monitor with HDMI cable is available for use.

Luxury bathroom with ground level shower and very large bathtub in which you can also bathe well for two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

High speed internet 200MBIT available can also be used with Ethernet cable.

Dog is not a problem. But are not allowed on bed, couch and chairs.

My wife and I are in our mid 50's and love to travel. Our children are already grown and tend not to travel with us. One of my hobbies is flying a drone. I almost always have my drone with me when I travel. I am happy to create aerial photos for you free of charge if we are your guest. I also collect pinball machines, I have over 30 pinball machines in our house near Frankfurt. We live on the first floor. You have the entire apartment with a luxurious bathroom on the second floor to yourself. The game rooms are in the basement. You also get access to the pinball machines, billiards, arcade, darts for a minimum of 2 hours. Of course we can discuss more. Everything on free play.
