Charming house with panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. The lake is only 400 m away and can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. The house has a large swimming pool, which is shared with the adjacent terraced houses. Private sunbeds and umbrella are provided by us.

The Space

The open kitchen with large fridge freezer and dishwasher is adjacent to the living room.

A 55-inch smart TV with Android operating system is even suitable for surfing the Internet. Already from the living room you can enjoy the great view of Lake Maggiore. From the living room you have access to the terrace.

A bathroom is also available on the ground floor. In this there is a washing machine with integrated dryer.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom from which you can already see the lake. From the balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake. On the desk is a 27-inch monitor with HDMI cable, which you can of course use for your notebook.

The other bedroom also has a double bed and a desk.

There is also a bathroom upstairs.

Guest Access

There is an entrance through the garage and there is the main entrance on the ground floor

We are 700 km away and use a company that charges us €120 incl. VAT for the service including cleaning. If we commit to a globe, please accept to pay for it.
If we commit to an exchange, you will of course not have to pay for it.

My wife and I are in our mid 50's and love to travel. Our children are already grown and tend not to travel with us. One of my hobbies is flying a drone. I almost always have my drone with me when I travel. I am happy to create aerial photos for you free of charge if we are your guest. I also collect pinball machines, I have over 30 pinball machines in our house near Frankfurt. We live on the first floor. You have the entire apartment with a luxurious bathroom on the second floor to yourself. The game rooms are in the basement. You also get access to the pinball machines, billiards, arcade, darts for a minimum of 2 hours. Of course we can discuss more. Everything on free play.
