General overview
Located in a quiet neighborhood in South Dennis, our cozy 3-bedroom cottage is less than 10 minutes from some of the best beaches and dining on the Cape. With a large outdoor deck, a 3-season sunroom, and central a/c, you'll feel comfortable regardless of the season. We've worked hard to update our home and give it all the modern amenities that are needed, while also trying to preserve the feeling of "Old Cape Cod".
The space
Our cozy cottage is around 1,000 square feet but lives larger. With 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, we think the house is very comfortable for 4-5 adults or a family, but you may feel a little tight with 6 adults. All rooms have their own spacious closets, and one guest bedroom has a small desk in case you need to get some work done. The kitchen is very well stocked, with everything you need to cook a nice meal - including a lobster pot!

You have full access to the home, which is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a large seashell driveway, as you will feel most comfortable with a car to get around the area.

Neighbourhood
South Dennis is one of the best spots to experience the beauty and history of the Cape. Not only are some of the best beaches just a short (less than 10 min.) drive, but you're also near the Cape Cinema, Cape Playhouse, and wonderful restaurants like Encore Bistro, Sesuit Harbor Cafe, and Old Yarmouth Inn - just to name a few.
