Our house is relatively small, but well divided and located in a quiet street. We have a beautiful garden with fruit trees and a very nice neighborhood. Our place of residence, Planegg, is located in the southwest of Munich, only about 30 minutes from the city center of Munich, 20 minutes from beautiful lakes or 45 minutes from the Upper Bavarian mountains. Our place offers both shopping and greenery and is very suitable for cycling and hiking. It is located on the river Würm, where you can swim in summer and otherwise take a very nice walk along. There are several small towns all around and the outskirts of Munich can be reached in 10 minutes. We can reach everything very easily by public transport.
The Space
Our living/dining room faces south onto our beautiful garden. In summer you can sit well on the terrace (with awning). In winter we have central heating and a woodburning stove.
Guest Access
You will have access to the ground floor (living room, kitchen, guest toilet, hallway), the basement (laundry room, pantry, boiler room, TV and study) and the first floor (bedroom, bathroom).
Notes
Our house is quietly located on a quiet residential street, well insulated and nice and warm in winter and cool in summer. If you come in winter, we ask you to clear snow in case it snows. Our neighbors will support you!
