General overview
Our house built in 2013 is functional and bright, quiet in the countryside but 1 km from the Norman Venice.
It offers you an open space dining room and kitchen with on the ground floor a TV room, a parental area (bedroom, dressing room and bathroom) and a jacuzzi for 3 to 4 people.
The floor offers two bedrooms and a shower room. Each room is equipped with a 140x200 bed
The house, by its staircase, is less suitable for young children, we have no barrier.
Our house is located in a village of 1500 inhabitants which combines the advantage of being quiet, but only a few minutes from the city.
You can relax on the terrace, listen to birdsong, enjoy nature. We make a small vegetable garden every year, zucchini, tomatoes, Mirabelle plums will be waiting for you, depending on the dates, but rather in summer.
Our asset?
We live in the Eure but we are located between Calvados and Seine Maritime, 25 MNS from the pretty basin and small picturesque port of Honfleur, a jewel of art galleries, which now offers an outlet for shopping at lower prices.
5 mins away, you will be in the heart of the Norman Venice, Pont-Audemer, well known for its narrow streets, its small canals and its charm where life is good.
45 minutes away, you will find Deauville, its boards, its beautiful beach and its chic boutiques, or its neighboring town Trouville sur mer. A little further, Cabourg and its magnificent villas, its beach and its sea wall.
At 55 mins, Caen, you can push to the landing beaches, and Mont Saint Michel (plan a very long day).
45 mins, Rouen, its old town, its banks of the Seine. 35 mins away from LE Havre, a city destroyed and rebuilt and with amazing architecture, its very pleasant sea wall with ephemeral restaurants and bars in the summer.
Do not deprive yourself of the magnificent cliffs of Etretat 55 mins away, a gem, the gardens of Giverny, particularly recommended from April to August, all this within an hour's drive maximum. If you like abbeys, there is Jumièges, the bec Hellouin, and of course the basilica of Lisieux.
We are very well served by the motorway network, and therefore 1h30 from Paris, while living in the calm of the countryside with city services nearby.
You can also follow the road of fruit, thatched cottages, abbeys etc. gastronomy, walk along the Seine, beaches, forest within the park of Brotonne, something to delight everyone.
Without forgetting a hooked branches in 10 mns, and the zoological park of Cerza in 35 mns.
We have two grown daughters, but have stored toys for the children to make their stay enjoyable, we have kept the outdoor trampoline in this sense as well.
Experienced exchangers, for 18 years, we welcome you with a complete guide to the house, an affectionate cat, and we will be delighted to help you prepare your stay as well as possible according to your desires and your expectations.
Welcome to our house ! Here the exchange is a real holiday philosophy, a discovery and a transmission of our values.
In summary :

beyond: the landing beaches / Paris / Dieppe / Mont Saint Michel
You are in town ten minutes on foot, and 2 by car. If you just need the bread you can walk ten minutes to the all day fresh bread vending machine.
For your comfort and to optimize your holidays, two large supermarkets (carrefour and Intermarché) offer a drive-through service.
To stroll and taste local products, you can go to the Pont-Audemer market on Friday and Monday mornings. We have excellent cheese makers and delicatessens, local poultry sellers.
In the evening, a nice bar offers you the weekend, concerts, or other festive events.
The city of Pont Audemer also provides local entertainment, such as storytelling tours etc... There is plenty to do, we will be at your disposal to inform you.

The space
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living room facing south west, with a small lounge area, the kitchen and dining area.
A pantry completes the room.
Then, a TV room begins a transition to the parental space: bedroom with 160 bed, bathroom/Italian shower and jacuzzi area.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms for teenagers, with a bathroom.
Our house is functional and pleasant to live in. the heating is electric, programmed. We have a robot mower for the garden. The vegetables may need to be watered in the summer, and our cat loves cuddles.

We are a family of four: Hervé 50 years old, PE teacher, Mélanie, 48 years old, psychologist and author, Ilona, 23 years old, veterinary school student, and Evane, 19 years old medical student. Without forgetting, our faithful cat Eole, very cuddly, 9 years old.
Our daughters are riders and therefore passionate about riding. Hervé and I adore coastal paths, places where you can combine swimming and walking, with a particular love for the sea. Mélanie practices yoga, dance, Hervé is a marathon runner, and we practice ballroom dancing together. We are gourmets, with an interest in good wine and cheese, but like to discover new flavors. Mélanie is just severely intolerant to gluten, so it's not always easy for her to taste everything. But the products of the house are suitable for intolerant people.
