General Overview

We have a house above the Lake that has huge views of the Canadian Rockies. Spacious house perfect for families. We are hoping the guests/exchangers can take care of our Bernese mountain dog Rosie, our kitty Potato, and our chickens. You get to eat the fresh eggs daily. The house has a theatre area and tv, hot tub, and access to our 4Runner. You can use our golf clubs and paddle boards. Access to Banff National Park, Jasper National Park, Panorama, Lake Louise, Sunshine, and epic cross country and downhill. Ask about our 2 bedroom in Canmore (Banff) for a few nights on your way from Calgary airport.

The Space

Huge fully fenced backyard with stairs down to the water with fire pit, deck, bbq, and veggie garden. Three bedrooms upstairs and then one bedroom and bath in the basement with the kitchen and dining on the main floor. Huge driveway for off street parking makes it easy to find.

Guest Access

There are stairs everywhere so if you have mobility issues we may not be the house for you. Access through front door or back door via code.

Notes

We really need our sweet chickens to be looked after. Just collecting eggs and making sure they are alive. Our garden would need a bit of a once over. The puppy has a doggy door so she just needs to be around people not huge walks. Kitty is friendly and is outside /inside as well and would just need some food.

Drive

Nearest airport

Calgary YYC is three hours but you can opt to spend a few days in Canmore at our condo. Cranbrook is an airport 1.5 hours if coming from Vancouver airport.

Getting Around

Walk to everything and drive to major destinations. Car available.
