Neighbourhood

It's a lively neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, shops and markets and Amsterdams Chinatown is close by. Historical, cultural and architectural sites, the canals, parks, restaurants, cafés, are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Our apartment however is situated in a quiet building on a quiet street at the canal. You can explore the area easily by foot but it's also perfectly located for public transport as there's 3 subway stations at 5 minutes walking distance. If you are visiting, we would love to give you our extensive list of all the things to explore in the area or if possible show you around ourselves.

Sophie & Arne

I'm Sophie and together with my partner Arne we love exploring new places. We have a beautiful home in Amsterdam which we would love to swap so we can travel more. Sometimes for remote working, sometimes for holiday. We are both foodies and active people who enjoy cities as well as nature, beaches, and especially mountain areas (as we don't have them in The Netherlands). We are quiet and clean, and we would take great care of your apartment as you would do yourself. We have plants, no pets, but we do love them so we would be happy to take care of both your plants and/or pets. Looking forward to exchange homes!
