General Overview
Welcome to Our Spacious Maine Retreat!
Nestled in the heart of Maine, our home offers the perfect base for exploring the best the state has to offer. Whether you’re craving ocean views, mountain adventures, or vibrant city life, you’ll find it all within an hour’s drive. Head east and you’ll discover breathtaking ocean beaches, or venture west to the stunning White Mountain National Forest. We’re also conveniently located near four fantastic ski resorts, making us a year-round getaway for adventure lovers. And don't miss Portland—just a short drive away, with its bustling waterfront, award-winning restaurants, and the iconic Fort Williams Park.
But it’s not just the location that makes our home special—it’s the space and comfort it offers. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic, we enjoy privacy and serenity on our sprawling 5-acre property, which backs up to miles of quiet woods. The outdoor space is perfect for families and nature lovers, with a charming frog pond, multiple playgrounds, climbing dome, circle swing, mud kitchen, a raised bed garden, fruit trees and bushes, and cozy fire pits. Our front yard even has a hill that’s perfect for sledding in the winter!
Whether you’re here to explore the great outdoors or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, our home is the perfect place for your next family adventure!
The Space
Inside, you’ll find a spacious, inviting home designed for comfort and relaxation. On the first floor, upon entering, you’ll find:
* There is a bathroom, coat closet, and a mud room, complete with storage baskets, hooks and a large sink for unloading after those adventures.
* Next you’ll enter into the large Kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain, along with a family friendly dining table that can seat up to about 10.
* The oversized Living Room provides plenty of space to unwind, with a huge U-shaped couch, a large TV, a music corner, and lots of space for the kiddos.
* The Kids Lounge is a large, bright, open space filled with arts and craft supplies, games, and learning activities. It’s set up for building, experimenting, and creative play, making it a favorite space for the kids to hang out.
Upstairs you’ll find 5 bedrooms, a fully stocked laundry room, and 3 full bathrooms:
* The Primary Suite has a peaceful bedroom with a King size bed, a spa-like bathroom, a huge closet, and for those working remotely, there is a quiet and private home office.
* Bedrooms 2 & 3 plus a full bathroom are across from the primary suite. Bedroom 2 has two Twin size beds; bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a crib.
* Down a hallway and through a small lounge space you’ll find bedrooms 4 & 5 plus a full bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a Full size bed plus a Queen pull out sofa; bedroom 5 has a Queen size bed.
Lastly, the finished basement is a fun kids playroom with a mini trampoline, sensory swing, and lots of toys and games. There is also plenty of space for our queen air mattress down here if more separation in sleeping space is desired.

We are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. The lots on our street are spread out and private. You will often see neighbors out biking, walking and strollering around our street as it is quiet and secluded. Due to this seclusion, a vehicle is required to access much beyond our street. Within a 10 minute drive, there is a grocery store, and several restaurants, fast food options, and country stores. A 20 minute drive away is the bustling town of Auburn with just about anything you could need.

Hello! We’re a fun-loving family of six, eager to start exploring more of the world with our little adventurers. Our two boys, aged 8 & 6, are homeschooled and have an endless curiosity about the world around them. We also have twin 2-year-old girls who keep our hands full and our hearts even fuller!
We’re based in beautiful Maine, and we love exploring everything our home state has to offer—whether it’s hiking in the mountains, skiing in the winter, biking through scenic trails, or enjoying the stunning ocean and lakes. We love outdoor activities and embrace the chance to create lasting memories as a family. We’re excited to connect with fellow travelers and share our home while discovering new places and cultures together.
"Specifically Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia… ideally within driving distance of Maine."
