General overview
We live in a family friendly, safe neighborhood in Denver, CO (USA). We are next to a greenway (bike and walking path) that will take you to many parts of the city. We are walking distance to numerous parks, playgrounds, shops, and grocery stores. The zoo and science museum are 29min biking distance or 10 min driving and downtown is about 15/20 min driving. The train station that runs downtown is a 10-15 min walk from our house.
The home is 4r (3 on the same level), 4 bath space with lots of living area and many play things for young children. There is a back yard, a porch with swing, and 2 outdoor patios. We do have a bucket ebike that accommodates up to 3 kids and/or groceries that could be made available as well as adult bikes. The community pool is a block away and the indoor pool and gym is biking distance. the outdoor putt putt golf course and indoor restaurant and gaming arcade is a 5min walk.
The foothills of the mountains are about a 30 min drive and the famous resorts and peaks of the Rockies are about 1.5 horus depending on the area you go. Arapahoe basin is the closest ski location and about an hour. There are many beautiful outdoor venues /locations near. Red rocks ampitheater is 30min, Buffalo arsenal (yes live buffalos) 15min, Nature preserves biking distance.
The unique part, our mattresses are on the floor (though we do keep a frame for one single bed and one queen bed and can have them set up upon request). For hygiene we have natural mattress pads meant to put under the mattress for air flow to keep them fresh. In all, one king bed, 2 queen beds, one double futon, and 2 single beds can be made available. The singles are usually put away until needed. Our home is set up for comfort and safety of littles (child gates at stairs).
The pads under our mattresses can be found here:

HI all, we're a family of 4, two adults and two kids (ages almost 2 and almost 6 years). We live in Denver, CO, gateway to the Rocky Mountains! It's fabulous with 300+ days of sun each year, nature at your door and close to city conveniences. Husband and I used to be on couchsurfing so we've had numerous room exchanges and hosting experience (pre-children) but we've never exchanged homes before. Looking forward to meeting the community. Our home is 3000 sft with a fully finished basement, a TON of toys, a beautiful kitchen, fast wifi, and is immediately next to a beautiful Greenway where you can walk or bike for miles past playgrounds and parks.
