A spacious and modern house located at the exclusive area Nesøya, just 15/20 min outside Oslo, by the sea. 10 min. drive to cross country skiing terrain and down hill slopes/excellent hiking opportunities in summer. Walking distance to beach. 5 min. walk to commuting point, with express connection to Oslo. Ideally for photo shoots and commercial film making. Notes

The house is not suited for small children or old people because of all the stairs in our house. We have a small familie Labrador and even though our home is kept really clean and fresh all the time and even though we in addition have professional cleaning of our house every week, we do not recommend our house for families that have allergies or are allergic to dogs.

We are a non-smoking respectful family with 3 daughters (Ella Kamilla 12, Alma Kristine 15 and Vilde Sofie 19 years). We are very experienced exchangers and have done home exchange for more than 5 years. We love this way of traveling and like the idea that people have a nice holiday and many good experiences in our home. My husband and I are high school sweethearts (danish and norwegian). My husband own his own business, within pharmaceutical industri and I work as an Assistant Professor, an am an award-winning Int. author, int. speaker and commentator. We love cool Scandinavian design and our home reflex that. Our home has been featured in international design magazines in Europe. The location of our home is exclusive, 5 min to the beach, 2 min to private bridge, 15/20 min from Oslo and close to mountains and skiing. Close to everything: Exclusive shopping, restaurants, museums, skiing,swimmig in the ocean, art exhibitions and malls. We are an out going, happy family, who love to travel, meet new people, love good food, reading, writing, sport activites, yoga and heathy food. We love outdoor living. Skiing, hiking, sailing, surfing etc. - and best of all - you can do all that just minuts from our home and we love to share this with you. We are looking forward to welcome you to our home! About our next trip: We are looking for a place/exchange in Copenhagen, Italy or France and the US.
