General overview
Detached Family 4 bedroom house, although I try to keep one bedroom shut off to hide my clutter, barn conversion located close to London with green fields galore.
The space
3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms large kitchen diner with log burner.
Playroom, dining room and lounge. Large walled garden with extensive outdoor toys. All set on 9 acres with sand school for the horse.
Notes
The house comes with 3 cats and 2 horses. I can only complete non sim as I can stay at my mums to come back to care for the horses. No access needed to house to sort horses. Ability to feed cats is great, very friendly. I tend to feed morning and evening.

You can see London from the top of the road when night time and all the lights are on.
Easy walk to local pubs and 1 mile from huge supermarket.
We are on the Surrey/London/Kent borders, easy to get everywhere. You can walk to the bus stop and get the fast train from East Croydon.

Gatwick is the nearest, I would say 25 mins drive or cab.
Getting around
A car would be ideal, local bus stop is 1 mile and that would take 20mins to get to croydon. From there it takes 20mins on train into central London.
