Our home is in a peaceful village-like area on the outskirts of Prague, at the end of a quiet dead-end street. It is a new, modern, and minimalist house with plenty of space to relax after exploring the city.

Prague’s city centre is about 45 minutes away by public transport, so you can enjoy both the calm of the countryside and easy access to cafés, museums, parks, and all that Prague has to offer.

The house has a large garden that needs regular watering in summer. It also produces plenty of seasonal treats, including cherries, currants, raspberries, and fresh vegetables.

We have a friendly cat who will appreciate food, company, and a little care, as well as chickens to feed and check on each day. In return, you may enjoy fresh eggs during your stay!

It is a lovely place for families or anyone who enjoys a quiet home, outdoor space, and a small taste of everyday life near Prague.

The Space

House is 200sqm with parking space, large garden and trees.

On the ground level we have a living room with a fireplace open to dinning room with kitchen. It has glass door to wooden, shadowed terrace with sitting area open to a garden located south-west. 

Additionally on a ground floor there is work room / guest room with comfortable couch, bathroom with laundry room and separate toilet. 

At the first floor you will find master bed room and 3 separate kids room for 4 kids in total. Also 2 bathrooms.

In total house can accommodate up to 8 adults.

No carpets, curtains, TV.

Guest Access

There is a staircase to reach the upper floor. Our house is not accessible for the disabled

Notes

We are open to trade our car with yours. Public transportation is close to our house (5 minutes walk), 45 minutes ride to the centrum.
