General overview

Green house near Paris and Kids friendly Our house is located in a quiet suburban area of Palaiseau, the Pileu. The house is 100m2 on one level, the large living room of 50m2 with its American kitchen overlooks the garden of 300m2. There are 3 bedrooms (1 large double bed 160cm, an extendable double bed 160cm and two children's beds). The house has the equipment to accommodate a baby or young children. Many games will be at your disposal. A projector is present for your movie nights at home. For cooking enthusiasts, we have a Magimix kitchen robot and a 4D oven. For cooking enthusiasts: As soon as the temperatures allow it, we install a Jacuzzi l for the pleasures of young and old. In spring / summer, there is a small vegetable garden where children and adults are delighted to come and peck. we Have welcomed three hens. You will be able to approach them with pleasure, if you do not wish, they are autonomous in their enclosure, on the other side of the house.

Single storey house We can provide a car with two child seats: this summer 2023 and when we go on a transport trip. You can use our car: this summer 2023 or when we go on vacation with plan or train. There is 2 baby sits. Paris: Massy Palaiseau station is 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus or bike. From there you can reach Paris in 25 minutes by RER B. Disneyland, 30 min with TGV or 45 min by car Many cycling or walking routes are accessible from the house. We provide, subject to good care, an electrically assisted bicycle and a second classic. Children's bikes are available on request. Woods are 3 minutes away on foot, then the fields and further on the Abbey of Vauhallan and a paddock with a few horses. The Palaiseau swimming pool, its aquatic and fun area are less than 10 minutes away on foot. The Saclay plateau and its many businesses is 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike, without climbing.
