Our home is the perfect place to experience all of the seasons of New England. With large windows and hardwood floors throughout, the natural light creates a warm and inviting space. Inside is tastefully decorated with lots of space for everyone. 3 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. In addition to the living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen downstairs, you’ll also find an office and full bath with a dog wash.
Outside there’s a large deck with a lovely seating area and separate dining area leading to an above ground pool that makes summers truly enjoyable. While floating in the pool, you can lookout into the large .75 acre backyard which is also home to our 10 pet chickens. There’s nothing better than fresh eggs daily! Adjacent to the chicken coop and run, you’ll find a fire pit, seating, and additional dining space. We often roast marshmallows by the fire and setup a huge 100” projector screen to watch movies in the fall and spring. As a separate bonus area, the detached garage is set-up with a wood burning stove, a live-edge hand-crafted bar, multiple tvs, dartboard, and cornhole.
If you tire of all there is to do on-site, there are multiple outdoor spaces nearby, including skiing, kayaking (we have 2 kayaks you’re welcome to use), farm stands, hiking and walking trails, and much more to explore. We are very well located - 45 minutes to downtown Boston, 20 minutes to New Hampshire, 40 minutes to beautiful North Shore beaches…you’ll find that there’s easy access to so many New England destinations!
