I truly love my home! it's a beautiful 1918 craftsman 3 story home with lots of space for living and bountiful outdoor fruit trees, a back deck and large yard to relax in.
We are a few blocks from everything you need- public transportation, grocery, cafes and more.
The space
My home is warm and comfortable inside and out. The main floor has the living room with a woodstove (also a furnace for heat) leading to the dining room, the kitchen is large with many windows for great light, one bedroom off the living room, full bath and entrance to back deck.
It is an old home built in 1918 with lots of charm so has a few quirks that you'll need to pay attention to (nothing major of course).
This is my primary residence and I'm happy to welcome you into it.
Guest access
You will have the main and top floors. The basement MIL apartment is rented out to a full time tenant.

Neighbourhood
West Seattle is a very friendly neighborhood close downtown Seattle (10min by car, 20 by bus).
My house is very walkable- no car needed as a grocery store, cafe, bars etc are only a few blocks away.
There is a lovely farmers market Sunday 10-2pm 5 blocks up to the 'Main Junction' (intersection of two main roads).
There are a few parks close as well.
Lincoln Park is on the Puget Sound with nice trails through a wooded park and a path along the water.
Alki Beach is a fund place to walk on the path and hang out on the beach. Many great restaurants there as well.
Getting to my home
Closest airport is Seatac
Nearest airport
Seatac is 25 min by car or 45 by train/bus.
Getting around
The C line bus is two blocks away and can connect you to all other major bus/train routes.
