General overview

Spacious farmhouse with lots of space. Wide view and several places to sit in the sun or shade. The peace and space and old elements make staying on our farm a wonderful experience.

The space

The house has a spacious kitchen with a table for at least 8 people. The sitting room is located at the back overlooking a beautiful garden, meadow with goats and chickens and is a nice place to sit. The bathroom and master bedroom are downstairs. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer. the master bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom and is cool in the summer. The space is not large but certainly has a charm that fits the farm. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a bed and 1 with a sofa bed. Extra mattresses are provided. Upstairs is also a toilet with sink.

Guest access

In principle, all areas are accessible. There is a large barn on the property and access is not allowed there. Renovations are taking place in another part of the farm. For security reasons, it is not allowed to enter it for the time being. We can of course show and discuss all of this for clarity.

Notes

It is wonderful to relax in this spacious farmhouse. Both seating areas in the sun and in the shade. Kitchen is fully equipped, just like the bathroom. The area is beautiful for walking and cycling. Animals are present around the farm, which entails a pleasant liveliness and fresh eggs. These can be provided upon request or they may be provided by the guest.

Best is by car. Public transport is hardly available.

We do almost everything by car ourselves, groceries are a 10-minute drive away.

Annette

We are a family of 7, Rob and Annette and 5 children in a blended family. The youngest 12, the oldest 17. They don't all want to go on holiday anymore, unless the location appeals to them. We would like to go on holiday and are open to both city and nature. Exchange is a new adventure for us and we are very curious how it will go. Love Rob & Annette
