General overview
My condo is on 2 floors and it is very bright. I am in a small area of private condos with shared access to an outdoor pool in the summer. I have an outdoor yard that is not shared with others and only one other unit is above my condo.
The village of Saint Sauveteur is a very touristy Alpine village 50 minutes from Montreal and 50 minutes from the Alpine village of Mont Tremblant. Outdoor sports activities such as golf, skiing, tennis, hiking, road or mountain biking, spas, are offered nearby as well as numerous beaches.
The village is known for its concerts, free open-air festivals in summer, its restaurants and shops. You will be away from noise but close to everything. I am 5 minutes by car from the highway and the village.
The space
The accommodation is new, has 3 bedrooms but I transformed a large bedroom into a training/living room. Ideal for couples with 1 or 2 children. I have a bedroom on the ground floor and another on the garden level. For the bathroom with separate shower you have to go down stairs.
Guest access
Although few stairs, the full bathroom is on the garden level accessible with stairs.
Notes
I have an electric car socket. Access to the private swimming pool for project residents. Access to the course and maintenance is done by contract both in winter and summer.
A car is recommended to get around because public transportation service is limited.

I am recently retired from medical sales and I want to take longer trips with simultaneous exchanges or not. I am passionate about sports such as alpine skiing, mountain biking, hiking or diving and I like small cafes and restaurants. wine tastings.
I would travel partly alone or in pairs, occasionally with friends but this would always be announced.
I will take care of your house like my own!
