General Overview

We moved into our completely newly build home in Copenhagen in 2021 - designed just as we wanted it with plenty of space and a big garden with covered terrace. For summer of 2025 we are looking for an exchange in Southern Europe and are open for offers! Destinations could be such as south of Germany, Italy, Switzerland, north of France etc. We will prefer swaps with places, where we can bring our small, allergy friendly dog, who does not shed (breed: bichon havanese). ******** Our home is a beautiful and spacious house with a nice and large garden, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and the long and bright summer nights of Scandinavia. Our house was just built in April 2021. We live approximately 20 minutes from the city center of Copenhagen, which is easy accessible by bus or metro. Amager Beach Park is equally close and is beautiful in the summer with long beaches, lagunes and lots of activities for the whole family. Just 10 minutes from our house you find "Amager fælled", which is a nice nature area, ideal for biking and walking. We love living here, so we are sure you will have a nice holiday here as well :)

The Space

We have 5 rooms, besides the living room. Master bedroom, two kids rooms, guest room with extra bed and an office. We have two bath rooms, both with rain showers. The large bathroom also has a large tub, that easily fits two children.

Guest Access

Very easily accessible, only ground level and no steps between rooms.

Notes

Eventhough we are close to Copenhagen, we live in a very quiet neighborhood with great neighbours! We have computers, Xbox, smart TV you are welcome to use. Plus a lot of board games and toys for kids!

Neighbourhood

Our house is situated 15 min from the very family friendly beach park "Amager strandpark". Here you will find activities for the whole family. We are also very close to the Blue Planet, the danish national aquarium, which is a really great experience located by the waterfront, spectacular architecture and has a really nice cafe. You are close to the center of Copenhagen, where you will find great food, cosy cafe´s and many different cultural experiences and green parks. We will be happy to provide you with a list of the best places to visit. If you are traveling with children, we can also provide you with recommendations for child-friendly restaurants, museums and more.

Getting Around

We can recommend having a car to get around, eventhough public transport works very well too. We are open for a car swap! And might also have our second car at home, you can use. Public transportation works very well in Copenhagen, bus stop that will take you directly to the center 5 min from our house. Bikes are available as well. (2 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes)
