Elegant bright 2-room apartment on the ground floor with garden and shared pool access. Nestled on the heights and without vis-à-vis, you can enjoy a superb unobstructed view of the Tanneron hills and the Esterel massif as well as a glimpse of the sea. Equipped with an independent bedroom with glass roof, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for a family with 2 children or 2 couples). Free and easy parking just a stone's throw away. Car recommended but bus stop towards Cannes/Grasse 500m away.

The Space

Villa floor, 2 rooms new, air-conditioned and decorated with care. Fully equipped so that your holiday takes place with all the necessary comforts. The accommodation is about 35m² and has a large bay window (with mosquito net) opening onto a private garden with an equipped terrace. Enjoy the sun and the balmy summer evenings. The accommodation is in the lower part of our villa located in La Roquette sur Siagne, on a plot of 3600m² and at the gates of the forest. Country setting only a few steps from the sea. Free access to our swimming pool and children's games (trampoline, swing, slide, hut). Chickens, rabbits, cats in semi-freedom: we cannot welcome our dog friends. Amandine & Jérémie, married, with 2 children and users of hosting sites since 2015 and home exchange sites since 2023. We bought this bastide in La Roquette-sur-Siagne in 2020 with many adventures related to COVID. The house was simply made up of the current floor above a huge garage. Before moving in, we created a staircase and fitted out the garage to create our master suite, office and laundry room. In 2023, we have also added a 2-room apartment rented for seasonal rental and the swimming pool. It was at this time that we decided to start home exchanges to share our living environment: "Countryside 2 steps from the city".
