Rare three bedroom, two full bathroom apartment with ample space (over 1000 sq ft) to accommodate large groups visiting NYC. Our home can welcome up to eight guests among three bedrooms and a comfortable pull out couch with memory foam mattress and topper. We use this apartment to host family and friends, and rent it out when not in use. The apartment is fully equipped, but because we don't live in it full time, is very clean and pet free for guests with allergies, and can be booked on very short notice if not being used.
