General overview
Our San Francisco home is a new condo in the hip SOMA neighborhood. It has amazing views from all rooms of the bay, the boats and the bridge. Sit all day and watch the action on two highways...always busy! We are right downtown, just blocks away from SF MOMA, Yerba Buena Gardens and all the museums, as well as shopping at Union Square, Nordstroms & Bloomingdales. We are also a block from all the mass transportation in the city, so you can go any where from here and see all of the famous San Francisco sites. . . we guarantee a good time! We are very high tech, with high speed cable tv. internet & printer. We also have a flat screen TV and cable DVR. There is a small deck where you can sip your wine or coffee and watch the world go by.
Our condo also has a gorgeous garden/common area with hot-tub, firepit and barbeque as well as a fully equipped work out facility. The building is full service which includes 24 Hour doorman and security, lobby Concierge service for restaurant reservations, etc, lobby coffee and tea service, internal parking garage, and more.
Our home is newly furnished with beautiful contemporary furniture and art (Andy Warhol & Keith Haring, among others) so it is not appropriate for young children (teenagers or babies are ok). It sleeps five and has an open floor plan with big windows and lots of light. It is quite large (1300 square feet) . No smoking or pets, please. Cleaning service will be included at no additional charge.
We can arrange to have a neighbor meet you at the house and show you around, and it is easy to get here from the airport (we can suggest a driver if desired) .
The space
Our condo has three bedrooms: Master with queen bed, Office with single pull out bed, Den with double pull out bed...All are very comfortable. Two full baths. Sleeps 5.
Guest access
We are on the 21st floor of a 23 floor building, with high speed elevators. There is 24/7 Doorman with Concierge during business hours, plus cleaners on staff. Access is only by security fob attached to door key.

Neighbourhood
We are in the center of the city with tons of restaurants and other attractions.....gradually opening back up after COVID...
Getting to my home
There is a train (BART) from two airports to the Civic Center stop, 2 blocks from our house. Major bus lines run right in front. You can get anywhere from here, or if you rent a car, there is a secure parking garage in the building.
Nearest airport
SFO (San Francisco International) is about 20 minutes by taxi or OAK (Oakland International) is about 35 minutes away.
