20 minute stroll along beach to cool cafe, 15 minute drive to train station, 10 minutes to beach, paddle boarding, live music, peaceful country walks. Vegetable and berry farms close by. Pretty church in village. 10 minute drive to west Wittering, one of England’s best beaches with sand dunes and good surf! The town of Chichester is 15 mins and has a great theatre, restaurants, shops and bars.
