General overview
Our semi-detached house is in a quiet area of mid town Toronto. Everything you need for a perfect stay in Toronto is either nearby or only a few minutes to the heart of downtown. Enjoy!
The space
We live in a 2 bedroom (only master bedroom available), 1.5 bathroom, semi-detached house in a quiet community (Leaside) close to downtown Toronto (Bayview and Eglinton ). Our master bedroom has a king sized bed. Our 3rd bedroom is an office now. Our back yard has patio furniture and a BBQ for outdoor dining and entertaining. There are 3 TV's, various gaming consoles, 2 Firesticks and an Nvidia Shield T.V. used for streamed music and movies. There is central A/C for your comfort and high speed FibreOptic internet for remote work.
Guest access
There is a main floor with living room, kitchen and sun room. Stairs down to the basement with a family/tv room, laundry room and toilet and sink. Stairs up to the second floor which includes full bathroom with shower/bathtub, master bedroom and two other rooms.
Notes
The stairs are hardwood with no carpeting, please watch your step!

Getting to my home
You can get to our house by transit (subway and buses). The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away to wisk you to the subway station and downtown in 20 minutes.

Pearson Airport (Toronto YYZ) is our nearest airport.
Getting around
We live in a quiet part of Toronto with quick access to anywhere you need to go. Bus stop directly to St.Clair subway station located minutes away. Bus routes provide fast service to Eglinton, St. Clair & Davisville Subway Stations. Loaded with the conveniences of downtown living, Leaside offers local boutiques, restaurants, schools, skating rink, swimming pool, tennis club, library, churches, parks and TTC access. We have a grocery store within walking distance. For your kids we have the Ontario Science Centre nearby with lots of fun hands on experiments, movie theatres, watch a Toronto Blue Jays MLB baseball game at the Roger's Centre (formerly Skydome), go to the top of the CN tower. It is only 1 hour and 15 minutes to Niagara Falls, 4 and 1/2 hours to our nation's capital, Ottawa, and 5 hours to Montreal.
