General overview
Our home is directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. It features a private pool, tiki bar, elevator, ocean views and a gourmet kitchen.
Outside you will find two generously sized ocean view decks which allow for stunning areas of relaxation and an outside fire pit on deck for enjoying the evening ocean view. The lower deck has two pub-height tables and chairs; the upper deck offering 4 pub height chairs and table, cocktail tables and a large dining table perfect for dining al-fresco. Under the front stairs is an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.
An elevator is located inside the home and runs from the ground floor foyer to the top floor off of the kitchen. A tiki bar sits in the corner with granite counters and a sink, perfect for blending up a frozen concoction for sipping by the pool. We provide 5G high performance wireless internet for remote work (or just enjoying movies), luggage racks in every bedroom, 5 beach cruisers and a beach cart for convenience!
The space
Entering the house from the front door you enter into a foyer and hallway. This lower level contains four of the five bedrooms. To the left of the front door lies bedroom one featuring an ocean view, queen bed, flat screen Fire TV and deck access. Through the Jack-and-Jill bathroom bedroom two, offering a view of the pool, two twin beds, a small private deck and a flat screen Fire TV. In the hallway between these two bedrooms is the washer and dryer.
To the right of the front floor is bedroom three, containing a queen bed, flat screen Fire TV, deck access and a private entrance to the shared hallway bathroom. At the rear right of the hallway is bedroom four with a queen bed, flat screen Fire TV and a small private deck overlooking the pool. Between these two bedrooms is a shared full bathroom.
Upstairs you will find the gorgeous main level. To the right, a cook's dream gourmet kitchen is found offering granite counters, stainless appliances and an island with a flat stove top, wine cooler and bar seating. A Keurig coffee maker and electric tea kettle are also provided for your convenience!
Straight ahead of the kitchen is a large farm dining table providing seating for ten. In the corner of the dining area is a small pub-height table with an ocean view, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or working remotely with the view of a lifetime. The living room has two large leather couches that face the decorative fireplace and flat screen TV.
To the left of the stairs is a half bathroom and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with views of the ocean, Apple 4K HD TV, access to the upper ocean front deck with a gas firepit and a fabulous spa inspired master bathroom with double vanity and rain shower.

The southern tip of North Carolina is flanked by the lovely port city of Wilmington and miles of pristine, sandy coastline. Topsail Island is a barrier island that stretches 26 miles along the Atlantic Ocean. It is home to three seaside towns: North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach. The northernmost community, North Topsail Beach, provides that toes-in-the-sand, small-town vibe you might crave from a beach vacation, far from chain restaurants and crowded bars. Aside from being a hotbed for water sports like surfing and paddleboarding, North Topsail Beach is also widely known for its conservation efforts, including preserving the many loggerhead turtle nesting sites.
Though North Topsail Beach is rarely crowded, you’ll get the best weather in spring (March through May) or fall (September through November). The summer months are pleasant, but certainly more crowded than the rest of the year. Both the water and air temperatures are often warm enough to enjoy the beach and its water sports through late October.
Nearest airport
Just 43 miles south of North Topsail Beach, Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is the closest airport. If you’re flying into North Carolina from overseas, you may arrive via Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), which is 246 miles to the northwest. While Topsail Island has rideshare services and taxi companies, you’ll want to rent a car from either airport to get around North Topsail Beach, which is one of the more remote sections of this area of coastline.

We had a wonderful week at Kimberly's stunning beach home. There were incredible sea views from all the front windows including the spacious living room/kitchen/outside deck. There was so much room for my family to relax, cook, take in the scenery and enjoy the beach and pool. They thought of everything with this house! The beds were comfortable, very nice linens, and lovely bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Topsail Island is family friendly with uncrowded long, clean beaches and plenty of choices for eating out or taking in. The water temperature (end of August) was heavenly. We loved our daily walks collecting shells and shark teeth fossils. We had friendly, warm and thorough communication from Kimberly from start to finish. Was a pleasure to meet Tim y Kim upon arrival their home has whatever you would ever need for a lifetime on the beach Was great listening to the ocean every night They started us off with a beautiful basket of goodies This was their first exchange and we felt blessed to be able to stay here Very easy to get around on the little island definitely recommend having a car Looking forward to hosting them in January and hope we get to meet up Don’t hesitate if you have the opportunity to stay in their beautiful home The home is huge and was great to have our son and grandchildren to visit for a few days Again thanks for being such great hosts
