This is our place in Cannigione, Sardinia, Italy. This is our second home near the sea, with lots of beautiful beaches, cultural options inland and natural parks. 
The beach is 500 meters down the road. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there.

The Space

The studio is in a complex with other holiday apartments. It is a terrace design so there are steps everywhere. 

The apartment overlooks the sea, there is a nice large terrace where you can comfortably dine and the rest of the studio consists of a small but functional kitchen, a sofa bed, a separating wardrobe and the double bed. The bathroom has a shower. 

The air conditioning was recently installed. Curtains to block the morning sun and high speed internet, we worked remotely from there all last summer and it was a great connection. 
There is also a TV.

Guest Access

The apartment and balcony are private but there is a shared staircase with our next door neighbors.

Notes

This is our second home and we live far away, there is quite a long list of things to do on arrival/departure, e.g. turning on/off gas, water and electricity. You will have to manage this yourself unless you prefer to pay the cleaning fee directly to the local cleaner. It will be €100. It could be for both arrival and departure (so €200 in total) or just for one part or the other. 

- During high season (mainly August) my parents will be there for the whole month, so NO AVAILABILITY IN AUGUST 
- The internet connection is excellent 
- Cleaning, including linen, can be done by the guests before departure. This could also include making the beds for the next guests. 
- We have some beach towels but will request that they are washed before departure along with the bed linen and towels.

Neighbourhood

Being a tourist complex it fills up during the summer months and is a little quieter from October to April.

Getting to my home

You can fly to Sardinia at Olbia airport or get there by ferry arriving at the port of Olbia or the port of Golfo Aranci.

Getting Around

There is a small supermarket in the complex but you will need a car to go to the next town and find a cheaper supermarket. 
You will also need a car to explore.
