General overview
This is our place in Cannigione, Sardinia, Italy. This is our secondary home near the sea, with lots of amazing beaches, inland cultural options and natural parks.
The beach is 500m down the road. It takes about 15 minutes by foot to get there.
The space
The studio apartment is in a complex with other vacation apartments. It's a terraced design so there's steps everywhere.
The apartment overlooks the sea, there's a lovely big terrace where you can easily dine and the rest of the studio apartment is made of a small but functional kitchen, a sofa bed, a separation cabinet and the queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower.
There's recently installed A/C. Curtains to cover the morning sun and high speed Internet, we've worked remotely from there for all of last summer and it was a great connection.
There's also a TV.
Guest access
Apartment and balcony are private but there's a shared staircase with our next-door neighbours.
Notes
This is our secondary home and we live far away, there is a pretty extensive to-do list on arrival/departure, e.g. open/close gas, water and electricity. You will be on your own managing this, unless you'd prefer to pay for a cleaning fee directly to the local cleaner. That will be €100. It could be both for arrival and departure (so €200 total) or just one side or the other.
- During high season (mainly August) my parents are going to be there for the whole month so NO AVAILABILITY IN AUGUST
- Internet connection is great
- Cleaning including laundry can be done by guests before departure. It could possibly also include making the beds for next guests.
- We have some beach towels but we will require them to be washed before departure with bed linen and bathroom towels.

Neighbourhood
Being a holiday complex it gets filled up during summer months and it's a bit more quiet from October until April.
Getting to my home
You can either fly to Sardinia to Olbia Airport or get there by ferry getting to Olbia port or Golfo Aranci port.

Olbia Airport - 45 mins drive
Getting around
There's a small supermarket in the complex but you'll need a car to go to the nearby town and get a cheaper supermarket.
Also you'll need a car to explore around.
