General Overview

Our newly built home has incredible views from every window. We overlook Lake Okanagan which is surrounded by mountains. We have an easy entry home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and living areas all on one floor with a large deck that boasts a seating area with fire table and a dining area with gas barbecue. The lower level has a family room and extra bedroom and bathroom. The lower level also has spectacular views and a hot tub on the deck. All the bedrooms have a king size bed and plenty of closet space. There are 3 large flatscreen smart televisions.

The Space

The dining table seats 6 plus there are 4 stools at the kitchen island. There is a 4 burner induction range, stainless steel dishwasher, reverse osmosis water tap at the kitchen sink plus an automatically refilled R/O pitcher inside the door of the fridge with a bottle filler as well. There is on demand hot water and softened water at all faucets. There is an attached garage with use of a vehicle.
