Neighbourhood

Morgan Hill has that laid-back, small-town feel while still being part of Silicon Valley. The many different local restaurants, farmers market, art gallery and train station are literally only one block away. The area is surrounded by parks, wineries, and great cycling routes, so there’s always something to do—whether that’s hiking, wine tasting, or just enjoying the outdoors. You’re about 30 minutes from Henry W. Coe State Park, and about an hour west to the Pacific coast, where you’ll find Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Plus, San Francisco is only about an hour away—great for a day trip.

Nearest airport

SFO (San Francisco) is a little over one hour away, Mineta (San Jose) is half an hour away by car.

Getting Around

Restaurants and bars are just one block away, about a 3-minute walk. Grocery stores are a few minutes by car. You're welcome to use our minivan. The train station is a 5 minutes away. I just wish the trains would stop more often.
