General Overview

Two level family friendly home with mountain views 13 minutes from the base of Park City Mountain Resort (Epic) and 20 minutes from Deer Valley (Ikon). ~4000' Fully remodeled in 2022.

The Space

Main Level Master suite with massive soaker tub and walk in shower. King bed. Bedroom 2: Main level bedroom/Office has a queen bed. Dedicated Office Guest Bathroom Open concept living/dining/kitchen with beautiful mountain views. Lower Level Family area with 60" TV and couch for 6+ to enjoy movies. : Bedrooms 3+4 :Two kids bedrooms with 4 twin beds + two extra mattresses. These bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom. 5th Bedroom - King Bed and bathroom adjacent the room. Large mudroom to stay organized Garage has a small climbing wall and some basic gym equipment.

Guest Access

Enter through the garage. House is on two levels - one set of stairs.

Notes

Winter access - there is a chance of snow during your stay. A snow blower is available to clear the driveway. Attached in-law apartment is not available during swaps. The suite is unoccupied and used for storage. Space is in the suite is not counted for bedroom/bathrooms.

Neighbourhood

We are located on a court in family-friendly Jeremy Ranch. This is a "suburban" area, but with frequent wildlife visits from deer, moose, etc. Skiing/boarding at Park City Mountain Resort is a short 13 minute drive away. Great hiking and mountain biking is short walk/ride away. Woodward Park City is a 5 minute drive - enjoying a terrain park and tubing in the winter. Mountain biking during the summer. Indoor trampoline and bike park year-round. Fun for all ages. Easy access to all Salt Lake has to offer.

Nearest airport

We are ~35 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport.

Getting Around

Although it is possible to get around via Uber, we'd highly recommend renting a car. There is "free" transportation - but it is unreliable during peak season.

Adventurous family of six. We live full time in Park City Utah and love the outdoors. We are hoping to get to some warm weather destinations on a coast during February break and Christmas - New years. (Hawaii, Playa del Carmen, Florida Keys, and Costa Rica strongly preferred) We'd love to spend a few weeks in Europe June/July 2026.
