General overview
Parnell is the closest suburb to Auckland city centre. It is a few minutes walk to the domain and Auckland museum and is 30 minutes walking into the city centre of 20 minutes to Spark Arena or Countdown Supermarket. It is on a bus route into the city. Parnell is one of Auckland’s top suburbs and is a tourist destination in its own right. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and speciality shops.
The space
My place is about 130 sq m with open plan living and a conservatory. Two comfortable queen beds, two single beds and two full bathrooms as well as a toilet downstairs. Warm sunny, great views.
My renovations are well underway and are expected to be finished on time in July
