General Overview

Parnell is the closest suburb to Auckland city centre. It is a few minutes walk to the domain and Auckland museum and is walking distance into the city centre, to Spark Arena or Countdown Supermarket. It is on a bus route into the city. Parnell is one of Auckland’s top suburbs and is a tourist destination in its own right. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and speciality shops.

The Space

My place is about 130 sq m with open plan living and a conservatory. Two comfortable queen beds, two single beds and two full bathrooms as well as a toilet downstairs. Warm sunny, great central position.

Guest Access

Three floors including the garage. There is a lift from the garage but not inside the house.

Notes

I have a car park which can be available by arrangement. Otherwise there is paid parking in the street which is free overnight and also parking available commercially in the local area.
