Cozy apartment for two with a huge terrace with amazing views of the mountains and sea, barely 80m from the beach in Italy, Kalabrie

The Space

with one bedroom and a larger living area with a kitchenette. The apartment has sufficient storage space in the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom and for everyday use there is also a pantry and a wardrobe at the entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. Common dishes, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, mocca kettle, openers, knives, bowls, dishes and much more. There is a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, ice maker, fridge with freezer, baking pot, washing machine, dishwasher. A large selection of spices is available to you. Each room has air conditioning. The apartment has a small bathroom with a sufficiently spacious shower, sink and toilet. A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and all bed linen. Towels, tea towels, beach towels are a matter of course. A beach bag is also available. The amazing 70m2 terrace offers sun loungers, a dining table, comfortable cushioned seating, a retractable awning and an outdoor shower. The terrace is oriented to the northeast, so there is plenty of shade.

The apartment is on the top 4th floor. There is an elevator and stairs available. There is a free parking space at the house.

Notes

The apartment is in the first line by the sea, just across the coastal road about 80m. Other beaches are along the entire coast of the city, about 5km long. The beaches are with fine pebbles.

Neighbourhood

There are many possibilities for trips in the area, both by car and by train. The main railway line along the west coast passes through the city, so we have excellent connections to Naples airport or Lamizia Therme.

Getting to my home

It is located about 230 km from Naples, which is a busy airport. It is easy to get from the airport to the main station by shuttle bus and then only by direct connection to the destination. From the station, the journey on the plain is less than a km. It is also possible to take a taxi at the station. There is also no problem with a car, at the destination it is possible to park in the area of ​​​​the apartment building.
