This stunning villa may be small in size but it delivers big-time  on function, style, amenities and views.  Built in 2016, it has had several upgrades that continue to enhance the home. 

It has everything you could want for a home away from home : stylish indoor living space, and several choices of outdoor space.  There is a sitting area and dining table adjoining on a very large patio outside the sitting room and a lovely plunge pool to cool off in when you’re not exploring the island or hanging out at the beach.

The breathtaking views from The Upper Deck are a joy to behold and you may find yourself orchestrating your day around your sundowners.  The views from The Upper Deck give you a vantage point in all directions: to the East you can see the sunrises, if you’re an early riser, and enjoy Mount Nevis throughout the day. The uninterrupted view of the sunset is a property favourite, and you may even get to see a green flash for yourself. 

The small footprint has been very carefully thought out and offers elegant yet functional living space:  the bedroom has a king size bed, and the 8 ft sliding doors offer quick access to the plunge pool. The bathroom offers a double vanity and an indoor shower. This indoor shower is sadly neglected in favour of the outdoor shower with his and hers individual showers. Fabulous!  The kitchen has Ikea base cabinets and open shelves and is equipped with stainless steel appliances: washing machine, French door fridge, stove and dishwasher. The sitting room has a comfy sofa to enjoy movies on the smart 50” tv – with several streaming options. 

The large garden is a tropical wonderland - a plethora of tropical fruit trees are steps from the house: mango, bananas, pomegranate, passion fruit, sugar apple, soursop, as well as sea grapes. Additionally, there’s an orchard of coconut palms … the simple joy of getting your own coconut water from the tree is hard to beat! In addition to fruit trees, there are lush plantings all around with beautiful tropical flowers: bougainvillea, oleanders, frangipani, bird of paradise, and heliconias.
