General Overview

View Park/Windsor Hills is a community with a rich history and cultural legacy. The View Park Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and notable residents have included former Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley, Ray Charles, Tina Turner, Regina King, and Issa Rae. I was born and raised here, so I have a special connection to the area. One of the things that makes this neighborhood special is its balance of urban convenience and suburban sensibilities. Single-family homes, mature trees, and quiet residential streets give the area a peaceful feel, while the energy of Los Angeles is never far away. Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, an expansive park with walking trails, green spaces, and sweeping city views, is within walking distance. We're also wonderfully positioned for exploring the many sides of Los Angeles. Our central location provides access to Downtown's LA Live and Crypto.com Arena, Inglewood's SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, YouTube Theater, and Kia Forum, as well as Hollywood, The Grove, Westwood, and Culver City. The coastal communities of Marina del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach are also easily accessible by car. Many of these destinations are around a half-hour drive or less under normal traffic conditions. Whether you're interested in beaches, museums, restaurants, live entertainment, or simply discovering different neighborhoods, you have so many directions to explore.

Stacey and Denver

My husband, Denver, and I are Los Angelenos. I'm a native, and he's originally from New York, Brooklyn to be more precise. I work in real estate, and Denver is in entertainment and marketing. He's one of those rare people who can walk into a room anywhere in the world and make friends. We both share a genuine curiosity about people as individuals and a caring for humanity, not only as a concept, but also as a way of life. We love live music, art, movies, discovering wonderful food, and a sense of community. We're especially drawn to places where there's the possibility of becoming regulars, getting to know the people around us, and experiencing the everyday rhythms of a place. We're at a point where we're looking beyond what's familiar and imagining what a new chapter might look like. Travel, for us, is as much about discovering another place to belong as it is about seeing somewhere new. We're friendly, thoughtful, and conscientious guests. Kindness and integrity matter enormously to both of us. Understanding what it means to welcome someone into your home, we treat other people's spaces with the same care and respect we give our own.
