General Overview

Sunny, spacious, north-facing home with a verdant garden, located in a quiet, forest-like environment, yet no more than 10 minutes from all the shopping amenities one might need or want. Smaller suburban shopping centres are a 15 minute walk. For business professionals, the financial hub of the African continent is approximately 12 kms away. There is also a stand-alone 63 sq mt flat-cum-office that comprises a combined lounge and dining room, separate large bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The pool is 5 steps away from the french windows in the bedroom! For those who like to visit a casino from time to time, there is one, together with restaurants, cinemas, and theatres within a 10-minute drive.

The Space

The main house comprises 4 bedrooms, lounge, dining-room, family room and study. There are two full bathrooms plus guest facility. The bedrooms are full-sized double rooms, each able to accommodate a king-size bed. The second bathroom has separate toilet and shower, so designed to allow three people at a time to move through their ablution routine.

Guest Access

The house is a double-story, and there is no lift. It is not wheelchair-friendly. Guests would need to have a motor vehicle as South African public transport in the area is not available. However, ride-hailing services are readily available.
