General overview
This apartment, in the neighborhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, is in proximity to the Olympic park (metro Viau), Jardins Botanique and Ontario Street. We have a convenient store, bakery and grocery store at walking distance.
It is beautiful, sunlit and antique space!
It is a welcoming and warm environment and area.
The space
This is a beautiful 1400square foot, two bedroom apartment, with plenty of space to lounge, work, cook, and relax. We have a large living room connected to a comfortable working space, with gorgeous light in the morning.
The first bedroom is our 16 year old's and is a double with a beautiful antique archway and a large window. The second bedroom has a walk-in closet and laundry room.
The apartment has two balconies, including one connecting to the backward. The kitchen and dining room is one space, coveted in sun light and plants.
Guest access
We're on the third floor of a typical Montreal three apartment building. There is two access, the main one being on the street.
This access has no exterior stairs.
The second entry, in the back alley, is accessible by the fence and backward.
There is no elevator.
Notes
We have a sweet, fluffy, adorable, lovable cat named Pépé! He is very friendly, and you might have to take good care of him.
We also are proud to say, that we have lots and lots of embellishing plants that do need love and water. You will need to water and care for these plants.

We are a family of 3 with our 16 years old daughter that like to travel a lot. We live in a big classic heritage Montreal apartment build at the beginning of the 20th century that is very colorful and welcoming. We have a fluffy cat named Pépé that he's very sweet. We're always open to hear about a new destination.
