Neighbourhood

We are within easy walking distance (10 minutes) from the Proctor commercial district, where you can find all of the amenities you might need (grocery, restaurants, bars, etc.). We are also 20-30 minutes walk to the Commencement Bay waterfront and Point Rustin, where you will find restaurants, bars, shopping and beautiful views of Mt Rainier and the Olympic Mountains, There is a waterfront running / biking /walking path as well. Point Defiance Zoo and Park are 10 minutes from our home. We are also 15 minutes to downtown Tacoma by car.

Nearest airport

Sea-Tac International airport is 35 minutes by car (without traffic).
