General overview

Our apartment is recently refurbished, cosy and has a spacious balcony with an outstanding sea view and you can watch the sunset here over the sea every night.

The space

It has a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. There is also air conditioning/heating. The building has a shared swimming pool, lift, and a shared carpark. It's the perfect place to enjoy an evening on the balcony with a stunning view.

Guest access

There is a carpark which is first come, first serve, and then there are staris or a ramp into the building. There are two lifts servicing all floors including the swimming pool area

Notes

If it is a non-reciprocal exchange it would be very much appreciated if you can leave the 50€ for the cleaners as they will come in directly after your stay.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is in Puerto Rico, Mogan and overlooks Amadores Beach. Nearby (5min walk) there is the Europa shopping centre where you can find restaurants, shops and bars. About a 5 minute drive away is the centre of Puerto Rico with its shopping malls, harbour with watersports and excursions. The Tauro Golf Course is also only a 5 minute drive too.

Getting to my home

You can fly to LPA (Las Palmas / Gran Canaria) Airport. From here you can get a bus, taxi or rental car to the apartment. The buses go directly to Puerto Rico main bustop and from here you can get a taxi easily to the apartment

Nearest airport

LPA around 40 mins by car.

Getting around

You can walk to the nearest shops, restaurants and bars in about 10 minutes on the flat, as well as the beach (which is down a steep hill). Most people walk down and get a cheap taxi back. There is a taxi rank outside the building and they are inexpensive and easy and all run on a metre.

  • Alexandra and her husband welcomed us at the apartment. They were very kind in briefing us shortly about it, as they were worried about us being tired from the trip. They had some treats prepared, which we really enjoyed. We had the chance to be with Alexandra later on, which was super fun (she's hilarious) and she gave us lot's of tips, as she know the island very well. The apartment has a beautiful view, all the utensils you need, is near the beach Amadores) and has a supermarket across the street and other services. We recommend staying ar their place and are looking forward to host them in February. Silvana & Vasco

  • Cozy apartment, well located in the south of the island. Renovated and decorated with very good taste, very clean and with magnificent views. We knew the island, so we took the opportunity to go to the beach, walk and eat in the restaurants in the area. These days helped us disconnect and get out of the routine. Simply thank Alexandra and her partner for giving us the opportunity to enjoy their apartment as a family. We loved it!.

We are a couple in our 50s who adore travelling! We have two grown up girls who live abroad, one in the Netherlands and the other in Australia. My husband is Spanish and I am originally from Wales, UK, but have lived in the Canary Islands Spain since 1995. We love eating out, diving, hiking, snorkelling and exploring new places. We are considerate, non-smokers, and very respectful and grateful.
