General Overview

What we offer is a 2 bedroom plus office town home in beautiful Vancouver British Columbia. We are located in a transit oriented, walkable neighborhood, recently named one of the best in the city. There are excellent local public schools, including a French Immersion school (that our children attend) and English primary and secondary schools. We can assist with registration of your children or seeking other options. Our home is easily accessible to all Universities, Colleges, and downtown Vancouver by transit, or in walking distance. We can also offer access to our 2017 Subaru Forester for all or part of the exchange. Our home is fully furnished, and comes with high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and CRAVE. We have access to a cleaner which can be included for their usual pricing at your convenience. The two bedrooms current layout includes a master suite with attached bathroom and queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunkbed suitable for children. The office has a desk, television, and storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee makers (nespresso and other), dishes, pots and pans. The home includes an attached garage with a small home gym (spin bike, and free weights), and secure parking. We prefer a single exchange, but can discuss two separate exchanges or rentals of a minimum of 6 months.

We are a professional couple (lawyer and health care adminstrator) spending one year in Paris on sabbatical from our work. Our children (ages 9 and 6) will attend school, and we will be taking some light course work, and generally travelling throughout Europe.
