Neighbourhood

The 3rd Bezirk in Vienna is one of the greener places in the city. With direct access to the Prater are where kids will find amazing playgrounds and adults will be able to go for a run, play tennis, futball ride bicycles or go for a swim in on of the 8 public swimming pools at the Stadionbad. If you like to eat out there are plenty of choices, from a very good libanees at 100mt, to a traditional austrian restaurant 150 mt, or if you prefer the are Greek, italian and Asian fusion restaurants in less than 600 mts around the house. the place is very quiet but not isolated and very well connected to transport.

Getting around

the Bus 4A stops at the corner and takes you to the Prater in one direction or to Karlsplatz in the opposite. The tramway nr 1 stops at 100 mts and is one of the best and cheapest ways to see Vienna center ring as it goes around the city center showing you the Opera House, Stephansdom and all central attractions you see on any Vienna Guide. Children under 6 travel for free. and all children travel for free on Sundays and public holidays. other wise children pay half fair and adults 2.5 Eur per run or 5.8Eur per day.
