General overview

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is located just minutes from Disney and a quick 15-20 minutes to the other theme parks Orlando has to offer! We’re located in Emerald Island Resort, where you’ll have access to pools, playgrounds, tennis/basketball/sand volleyball courts, tiki bar, a hiking trail, etc. So when you’re not exploring all Orlando has to offer, you can enjoy the amenities at the resort.

Guest access

To enter, we will need to register you with the resort office. The resort is gated and they require you to enter through the front gate and pay a non-refundable $20 card access fee so you can enter/exit through the gates during your stay. Inside the house, there’s 2 floors (all bedrooms on upper floor), and baby gate at top of stairs. There’s a master bedroom w/bath and 2 bedrooms which each have bunk beds (1 room with twin/full and 1 room with twin/twin). There’s also a full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

Notes

Please note that for non-reciprocal or globe exchanges, we do require a $110 cleaning fee as this is a vacation rental and is required by our property management company. For reciprocal exchanges, we will take on the cleaning fee ourselves.
