You'll love this peaceful getaway in this well-equipped carriage house surrounded by Indian Hill green space. This oasis includes an outdoor fire pit, gas grill, and lounge space all overlooking the creek. Guests rave about our small touches- You'll find virtually everything you need for a comfortable stay including fast wifi, a full 1st-floor bath & bedroom for guests that have trouble with steps, a fully equipped laundry room, as well as spacious indoor and outdoor gathering space.
The space
The Lisette, according to one of our past guests, is your "very own fairy tale cottage." Named after my late mother, Lisette, who loved meeting folks as a host, the carriage house is complete with all the amenities you’ll need for a restful and rejuvenating stay.
You can enjoy dinner on the deck and listen to the nearby creek or unwind next to a crackling fire after exploring the area. There's a bike trail to explore, 50 West Brewery to enjoy, Stanley Rowe Arboretum to frolic in, and Mariemont to walk through (all just around the corner). With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there is plenty of space for you and your guests. The full kitchen, gas grill, patio, and fire pit are also available for your use.
You'll get the beauty rest you deserve as each bedroom is equipped with a luxury queen bed and 800 fine yarn cotton sheets. Before you shut your eyes, you can enjoy the 43" 4k ultra high definition Smart Roku TV, white noise machine, alarm clock, black-out curtains, and luggage rack in each bedroom as well. There's a luxurious mattress for every taste-- the first-floor bedroom features a traditional Sealy premium mattress with Posturepedic technology, the coral bedroom upstairs features a 12-inch euro top hybrid mattress designed for pressure relief, and the gray and yellow bedroom offers a hypoallergenic gel-infused 14-inch plush memory foam mattress.
You'll be able to host any meal in a snap with the fully equipped kitchen. You can start your day off right with drip, Keurig, or french press coffee makers as well as all the accouterments to make a cup of joe just the way you like it or an assortment of tea and other beverages provided for each guest. You'll also find a full non-stick cookware set and a host of appliances including a blender, mixer, chopper, toaster, panini press, waffle maker, etc.
You'll find a dedicated workspace with fabulous natural light for virtual meetings and any work that pops up. Basic office supplies including tape, scissors, a stapler, a scratch pad, and post-it notes are provided and external monitors and a docking station are available upon request. You can take a deep clean breath and find the air filter just below the desk.
Being clean should be a luxurious experience! Treat yourself to decadent organic cotton bath towels and an assortment of toiletry items in both bathrooms.
Experience why many guests rave "we had everything we needed from the moment we walked in the door!"
