Family house located in Séné (2 km from the sea) near Vannes, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Commune of the Gulf, SENE has many assets, the sea of course, but also a natural reserve of birds (Falguérec), very many pedestrian paths and cycle paths.
VANNES, 60,000 inhabitants, is located 4 km away, it is a tourist town full of charm (pedestrian center, marina, Garenne gardens...).
Do not miss the islands of the Gulf: Ile aux Moines, Gavrinis, Ile d'Arz (accessible from SENE in 10 minutes by boat), and then Belle Ile (accessible from Quiberon, about 1/2 hour away)
Beaches of the Rhuys peninsula, of Damgan at 1/2 h.

- on the ground floor: kitchen-living room-living room-1 bedroom with shower room-WC-laundry room and carport
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, toilet
- 600m² garden
- our family consists of 4 people: Olivier (58 years old) and Régine (63 years old), and our children Louise (24 years old) and Jean (22 years old) but these are no longer with us. We will therefore be 2 people (perhaps 3 because one of our sisters-in-law is likely to accompany us).
We are very used in the field of home exchange, this will be our 32nd (in France and abroad (Scotland-Ireland-Netherlands-Spain-Germany). These exchanges took place in a real mutual respect...
- our cat TIKSI will be delighted to welcome you during your stay at SENE. He is a nice cat, easy to live with and accustomed to children.
