After an extended stay in Australia using home exchanges, I am moving back to Australia. As my home is on the market, I can only offer exchanges a few months in advance or last minute. Happy to have globes.
My home is a three-bedroom (two bedrooms and a home office) mid-terrace house, in a quiet road in Glastonbury, Somerset, with friendly neighbours. The house is light and airy, has contemporary decor and a south-facing back garden. There is off-road parking. We are a ten-minute walk from Glasstonbury High Street.
The house is a 2-minute walk from a bus route that takes you directly into Bristol, from where you can catch a coach or train to anywhere in the U.K. You can also get a coach direct from Glastonbury to London with Berrys coaches.
Glastonbury is a unique town, about which there are many myths and legends. We are home to Glastonbury Abbey, the first church in England

I love the mix of living within easy reach of the countryside and access to city life when needed. The house is warm in winter and has a good EPC rating.
Guests allowed with permission.
I have one large double bedroom and a single bedroom with one single bed, and I can add another single bed to the second bedroom. There will be wardrobe space in both rooms for guests, cabinet space in the bathroom and free cupboards in the kitchen.
We have an open-plan living/dining room and a kitchen with a peninsula adjacent to the living/dining area. Two bedrooms are both doubles with plenty of storage. At the moment, one has a single bed, but could provide a second if required. This is a high-quality air bed (which does not deflate, I promise, I have used it when camping).
Off road parking for two cars. Two floors, stairs between floors with handrails. Two steps up to the front door, one step into the back garden.
There is off road parking which is not immediatly evident from my photos, but I have a dropped kerb and the lawn is actually eco grid parking, which allows grass to grow and does not cause water run off.
